Born in March of 2010, CaterServe is a product of passion for entrepreneurship, good food and service. Marcus, Jewel and their newest addition Isaiah share over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry, including serving, bartending, cooking, managing and catering. Yes, Isaiah is already learning his way around a kitchen.

While creating and operating the catering division for the local favorite Cuba Libre Cafe, Marcus & Jewel quickly developed a new love for bringing exceptional service and food to weddings, parties, meetings and corporate events. It soon became apparent, however, that where they were excelling in service & quality, they were lacking in variety. CaterServe was created to provide a greater variety while adhering to the foundations of excellent service, by partnering with their favorite local restaurants.

CaterServe works with numerous area restaurants who share their dedication to quality & excellence, restaurants you already know & love. Their staff is composed of some of the best bartenders & servers in Dallas, people you already trust to provide an extraordinary dining experience.
